Shipping

We ship Australia-wide and internationally from Perth, Western Australia.

  • Australia: Free shipping (launch offer, where applicable).

  • New Zealand: Flat rate AUD $19.95.

  • Rest of World: Flat rate AUD $34.95.

All orders are dispatched within 3 - 5 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are unable to accept responsibility for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to receive your book in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your name, order number and photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution. Each case is looked individually.

As books are physical goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

  • Payment is processed securely through our authorised payment provider.

  • Once your order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled after dispatch.

  • We reserve the right to update pricing, shipping charges, promotions and product availability without notice.
